Wes was recorded as saying it was up to NOT to demonstrate why it is to their (FWR) advantage to couple with NOT. I can't imagine they will leave this until after the 18th, can you? ..... or what was the point of the exercise. The offer may not change but something else has to or the NOT BOD is a colossal batch of not very clued in folks. Do you think the lineup in this BOD is that?
