Might as well sit back in a lazy-boy and relax. This is going to take more time. At least, the SRP is going to be out of the way, and not tied up in courts. And, it is possible that at some point, NOT and FWR will turn toward each other, if they have not already started that process.

My other half is a CA retired, he says sit tight for now. But, tax wise, tendering at some point depending on the situation, might be the best coarse of action. His words.Know this not very helpful at this point. Patience is his word.
