Is going to become a drag. It has to go up with NOT and is like a ball and chain. Luckly it is just a small ball, but nevertheless a ball. If the 4 to 1 snaps it will be easier. I think that will happen today or early next week.

I have a bet with DONYAPEE that on the december 1st it would be. I said back to 8 to 1 - he said 2 to 1. Nothing like the good old reversal.
