What if Not takes the fwr chrome assets along with their Blackbirds and puts them all together and sells them off to lets say the S. Africans . Kinda like what happened to windfall. $$$$$$$ maybe this is the plan.

I dont think Cliffs wants that to happen but hey Glorieux says freewest is in the bag done deal.

I can see why this could turn into a tug-of -war pretty soon just thinking of all the options.

Not to mention others that could make a bid for the chrome simply to control it. If Not has control of it i would make them all the more powerful.
