Sorry I was already off to bed before your question last night. You're absolutely right, there's no point asking him about things that he cannot comment about. That's actually an approach that will make him defensive, because that's his job to defend certain material information.
The thing to do is to get him talking about things he can comment on. There's always more to be learned about subjects that have been covered in news releases. For example, you could ask him about drill plans going forward.
There is a 150 metre gap between mineralization contacts on what were once the Eagles Nest A and B pods. Do they plan to actually drill that gap, or are they content to go with a very narrow interpolated channel width, as shown on the latest section drawing?
Are they planning to do another very deep hole to extend the mineralization in one fell swoop (i.e. leapfrog well past known mineralization, to 1500 metres or more), as with hole 49? Or do they plan to progressively move to greater depth by smaller increments?
What are the actual cost/metre differences between drilling with the new larger rigs and smaller ones that were used previously? When factoring in savings due to directional drilling, (the wedge holes with collar numbers in common), are the average costs per metre similar, less than, or more than those from the smaller drills?
The collar positions for the deeper drilling are forcing the one rig east of the Eagles Nest to retreat very near the Fancamp claim boundary, in order to maintain the standard 50-60 degree dip for scissor holes. Will it become a problem for Noront to contine drilling to greater depths from the eastern drill position?
How extensive is the geological structure hosting gold at the Blackbirds deposit, i.e. the Triple J zone? Do they have plans to systematically drill that deposit? If so, when might that begin?
