I keep hearing things like NOT maybe has Vale or Xstrata already in but why on earth would these quys from Vale wait untill the market becomes crazy and they have to buy out NOT for a large amount of money (compared to what it is worth now)

Why not enter now into the ring because my believe is that they know what they are dealing with and they already have done their homework.They have so much experience that I personally can not see why they should wait untill NOT brings out an 43-101 report with what they actually have?

Ofcourse I'm a rookie so my thinking is most likely way of base but I thought I share this.

NOTE : Also ofcourse I for sure would not mind a bidding war ;) !!!
