NOT SP and FWR tendering - Q & A ??!!

posted on Dec 10, 09 11:42AM

I'm trying to figure something out. I expect I'm just stating redundant things but why does the stock price go to 2.57 and drop back down to 2.41 after great news again. News that leaves you wondering where the end of these magnificant findings will lead NOT stock price moving forward. Is it because Cliff's has holders who can't vote enough shares to them so their holding the price down to keep Cliff's in the hunt for a cheap mining company (likey quite undervalued). Let's face it...NOT doesn't have the firepower to fight with CLF. So their doing the next best thing...operating a bartering service (one for you and 7 for us) type of share exchange with the hopes of a very promising future for FWR holders that move over to NOT. My next question is the one that has just been driving my crazy. Where is our SP likely to go if we win this battle (high dilution of NOT shares which comes with the FWR resources). Where is our SP likely to go if Cliffs wins the tender (we still show great minerals at great depth and width). Even if FWR shareholders hold out and don't tender the company where will NOT go (down for a bit and then back up on the news and the release of parties interested in restricting upward stock price movement during tendering. Decisions...so much information...so little time....good luck everyone. This is very exciting for all of us.

I would love some input on this. I'm sure many of us have differing opinions on how this is shaping our valuation short and long term.

All the best,

Mustangman
