Thanks Lar, I did not know that.

So then the number of shares that they end up with would be any they had before the offer (don't know if they had any at all) plus whatever was tendered. That still could amount to a sizeable percentage of FWR. Do you have any thoughts on what that percentage might be? I know it would be highly speculative and I suppose I am fishing a little here, but would still like to know your thoughts.
