Noront tendered shares not delivered

I have not received my tendered shares or warrants. Noront states that it is not their fault but a Canadian broker. I assume it is their broker. Certainly not mine.

This morning I was informed that the shares had been issued as restricted . In addition, there is a question as to the validity of the warrants to be delivered to USA stockholders. These issues are being pursued by my USA broker, Raymond James. What a mess !!!

Any other USA investor having the same problems ?
