Let me put it to you this way: Takeover attempts are never "off the table". The moment a junior explorer starts to prove up a resource, they become a takeover target. Noront remains committed to developing these projects into mines, but the takeover issue is something that is not in their realm of control.

I have no idea what you are implying with your remark about having made a weak attempt to acquire FWR. Are you suggesting that Noront's crystal ball was working so well that the whole sequence of events was scripted to lead to their own takeover? Good grief, is all I have to say to that.
