If JJ were to answer more of the basic questions more forthright, then life would be easier for everyone, including her. I know SH can be a PIA at times, but it IS a main part of her job to communicate with the public - especially shareholders. And as a shareholder we have the same right to know as the analysts & institutional holders. Even if she doesn't think so.
