SRP - golf tourney discussion

Good morning,

I was curious to know if there was any conversation at the golf tourney in regard to the shareholders rights plan?

One of the posters here indicated that a NOT SRP would be created if and when it was needed. Was there any significance to this comment?

Just wondering if any of this came up with Wes, or even later on that evening when it sounded like the "good liquor" came out?
