They are the only major that is significantly committed to and invested in the RoF. The question you pose is made even more relevant by the fact CLF just borrowed a billion they do not need, on top of the cash they have. Not suggesting they are looking at NOT specifically , but any added move into the RoF should have quite positive implications.
