Please correct me if I am wrong, but is it not an OSC regulation that once you have a stock position of 10% you must immediately file notification to the OSC? If your premise were true and Baosteel is accumulating, they would only have required another .1% or 187,000 shares and certainly by now would have exceeded that amount but there has been no filing to that effect. Just food for thought.
