Agreed BBB,

He is clearly either talking "through his hat" (out of ignorance) or he is actively trying to downplay the resource. It is already established that Cliffs will play a major part in the development of infrastructure and that Noront is not the only game in town. It is therefore patently ridiculous to state that "it was not likely that someone would presently come forward"... someone already has come forward and announced it publicly. We have now seen this a number of times with the Ring of Fire. Analysts have, on several occasions, left out some rather important bits in their rather transparent attempts to "manage" the Ring of Fire for other agendas.

This all just serves to reinforce what many here have observed about stock analysts over the past couple of years. Basically, when they hand out their free "advice", many analysts are in a conflict of interest as they are actively trading and influencing the stock in question. The only real advice that we can all probably take from this is that none of us should probably be taking advice from someone who is likely trying to take advantage of us.

As many on this site have said... Do your own due diligence.
