The natives requsted to live on their ancestral land and live the way of their forefathers did for CENTURIES. So, on those same lands why is it now so difficult?

If you had given the small farming town where I live in Ontario $92 million 6 years ago, it would be so clean, ultra modern and shiny you would be able to see it from space in the daytime. OK so they don't have roads. Ontario Housing has roads but most, not all, live like pigs.
