To me rumblings of a move to have a consolidated holding of chromite by NOT and Cliff would also have to include FNC and Prb. As a market force it would make sense to consolidate the chromite holdings of all the players otherwise you could have one player undermining another for market share. As to the actual question I haven't heard anything about discussions around consolidation. ... Been There
