This buyout talk is just talk as far as I'm concerned. There is just too much information saying the opposite of that. Noront is one of two major players here. Noront has the backing of Baosteel and a signed agreement in place for Baosteel to acquire more of the company. But only a percentage.

This hedge fund type talk from certain posters is just that - hedge fund talk. I personally don't buy any of this and fully believe that if NOT does get taken out, it won't be soon and it won't be for peanuts, as some have suggested.

If and when it does happen, I say this is easily a $5 minimum buyout. Just my opinion, but I consider it an educated one. Anything else is just negative thinking.
