Just got back from a short winter holiday up north of Orillia. It was great until everything melted last night. And I had the ultimate first time ever pleasure of teaching my 5 year old to skate and she did great !

Thanks to Been There & Chauncey for starting this thread of discussion. I think you've all pud the facts to the forefront. And that was not the case prior to this discussion. So thanks to all who participated. I still think that a buyout is a ways off based on the discussions at the golf tournament and statements made by Wes & Paul to some posters here. Based on that, I consider NOT a strong buy IMO.
