So both the FN and infrastucture are our 2 critical milestones (EA not som much imo). Which is more critical, is open for debate but I would say 6 of 1, half doz. the other. But is there any feeling as to which will clear thru first or which needs to happen first. To avoid polictical embarassment gov may want to follow FN for infra or FN may demand formal announcements before signing anything. I still feel Noront holds card close until infra clears.
