Hot off the presses from The Star. Looks like we have finally caught Mr. Harper between a big rock (the ROF) and hard place (the PDAC). The Conservatives are in the lime light now, and I think this is the starting point for more infrastructure promises to come with Mr.Harper now looking like our hero.
