That is reactionary emotions talking instead of logic.
I doubt very much that either of the federal or provincial governments is concerned as to
whether it is Noront or some other company developing the Ring.
What they DO care about is that who ever it is, that both governments spend the least and get the most credit with the voters.

The so called news that came out of the Ontario government was no news but a rehash of what was said or leaked in the past.
They could not say much, more so could not give a specific dollar value because they have too few dollars to toss about and they are waiting for the federals to show their hand Before Ontario commits to anything specific.
Remember, Ontario is financially constrained so they have no choice but to play the game very cautiously.

And xfish, market moving slow because:
we got to 59 cents based on hope and expectations that we would get some meat for the table from Ontario.
With that meat turning out to be superficial the sp dives and will probably continue until
fresh hopes arrive.

Did so called TA predict this? This is event driven.
