It has come to the attention of this ministry that the decision of route for an all season road to the Ring of Fire has not been reached by Matawa and that decision not forwarded as a recomendation to this office.

As a result we have to declare the following;

1. You have 30 days, from receipt of this notification, to come to a mutual agreement as to the road route and a further 30 days to provide this ministry with signed agreement documents of such from each member community of Matawa.

2. Failure to comply with the above, this ministry will offer to the mining companies of the Ring of Fire the option to built such road at their cost and with a route of their mutual agreement. Such road will be a private one and all public traffic may be subject to tolls as determined by the owners.

3. Should the mining companies not want to build the road all by themselves this ministry will offer them a partnership with this ministry at financing terms to be determined.

4. Should the miners not want to participate, this ministry is determined to build it by itself and the route will be determined on which is most convenient and practical to the public but it will be a toll road to every user.

5. Items 2 & 3 will also have a total of 60 days to agree after the time of item 1 is past.

6. Item 4 will have start on August 1 and a contract for construction will be issued subject to bid no later than August 30.

By what ever method road completion is expected to be no later than end of September 2012.
