Right on Goldhunter...What the rof needs is a czar..one man with total control..one man from a major firm ( SNC Lavilan, Aecon, or the like) one man with 2 billion at his disposal..one man with no interference from gov. boards or commities. After my 45 year career in the construction industry I am convinced that this is the way to get this thing done, without a doubt. But I also beleive this is only a pipe dream...Time for my nap now...
