So after years of talking and proposals the Ontario government can not come to a decision Yet?.

And Gravelle calls it working closely with Noront. I wonder what working at arm's length is.

Noront needs an answer today to comfortably start and if it is not available by end of November it will cause delays.

Noront needs some time to get things moving. It can not wait for the last minute, I mean January, because the winter season can be kissed good bye by then.
