2. As for Deloitte, they need to be reminded to deliver on time what they were hired for. Enough time has gone by and much depends on their report.

How do you know what they were hired for? What is "on time" for the report? Perhaps they were told that a report was not to be released until 2015, to give time for FN negotiations to proceed. Perhaps they already produced their report and it's been in the governments' hands for months, but the government hasn't been ready to release it yet. Maybe someone in the government didn't like the content of the report and it will never be released. Maybe the government cancelled their contract before the report was finished. There seem to be a lot of unanswered questions surrounding this alleged report.
