Here are some important deadlines to be aware of for 2014;

Todays drop could be as simple as tax loss selling, buying back in 30 days.

March 3, 2014 - Last day for 2013 RRSP contributions

April 30, 2014 - Last day to file and pay your 2013 taxes

December 24, 2014 - Last day for Canadian tax loss selling

December 26, 2014 - Last day for US tax loss selling

December 31, 2014 - Last day for RESP contributions, 2014 charitable contributions and 2014 TFSA contributions
