I seem to recall way back when the ROF chatter started, that the military veterans was also a targeted source for skills.

Just a FYI ........

I would also suggest that young people in the North via colleges should also be a source. Not every younge person wants to the Southern Ontario region for work.

Hopefully they will also be represented at the PDAC.
