Hey Rich43, hope all is well. Here is how we are shaping up IMO.

20ema: $0.29 cents

50ema: $0.29 cents

200ema: $0.37 cents

Noront finally found bottom (lets hope) at $0.25 cents. Anything below the 20ema would be considered no mans land with no clue as to where it would finally find some traction. It appears a quarter was the sweet spot.

The break of $0.29 cents the other day was the first sign that change of direction was in store. Any time resistance is broken it becomes support. Any time support is breached it becomes resistance. So short term traders will use $0.29 cents as the floor, and $0.37 cents (200ema) as the roof. In a traders world support will always hold and resistance never broken. We all know that isn't true all the time, but nonetheless, those are the rules. Good enough for a trader who only cares to be right 60 to 70% of the time.

Long story short, if she falls back below $0.29 cents for any extended period of time, all bets are off and you can expect more pain (traders will bail and accelerate the stock downwards), ie: certain death. However, if she takes out $0.37 cents to the upside, (not just for a few trades) it's clear skies ahead and big buyers will step in. For now, expect support in and around $0.29 cents and expect resistance around $0.37 cents. Traders will sell the .35s, .36s, .37s etc expecting a failed attempt at the 200ema. They'll also pile in if she comes back to the .29 area, buying at .31, .30, .29 etc, expecting support to hold. This is why volume generally picks up at support and resistance areas.

There are many other 'markers' in the TA world, but these are the basic ones, and still IMO some of the most accurate long term. One that applies to noront at present time is the golden cross. Looks to me like were poised for one as the 20ema looks like it wants to take out the 50ema, a very bullish sign. Golden cross is the opposite of death cross. No need for an explanation as to what a death cross represents:)

Longer story short, noront has looked like $hit technically speaking since around June.25th/14 when it breached support at around .63 cents if memory serves me correct. This is by far the best it has looked for a while. No guarantees, but the move IMHO looks real.

Hope this helps. Good luck all. Not investment advice.
