Oh look Fossil, you "discovered" the Ottawa Civil Service! LOL

But I do know who "ANL" is because he is the reason why we're all in this stock at work. If it makes you feel better, you could say I took over his forum duties. I'm trying to rally the troops. I'm a bit more aggressive than he is in trying to get my money back, whereas he seems "dejected." I'm sure he'll read that too. lol
