Whom are considered "the local First Nations"?...Therein lies the rub...

Hopefully those that have have been "overly-voiciferous " , if called to the discussion table , are not "sore losers" (as some have suggested might be the case), and that they do NOT elect to refuse to sit at the discussion table .
