Today's trading completes Noront's 20 trading day Volume Weighted average

price for the purpose of establishing the number of NOT shares required to pay

the interest on a loan for the second quarter. Should RCF opt to get paid in shares

they will receive on or about July 10/15 from Noront some 800,000 treasury shares at

the average price ( Without Volume Weighting) of $ .445 per share.Foreign Exchange not

taken into account.

Also for those posters that might not be aware that loan matures just before the year end.
