So, INSTEAD, if the subject is a medical procedure and you have a bunch of professional surgeons that are advising on how to approach a surgery for a community member, and the community has other ideas on how to do that surgery, then, what does the final surgery look like?

Of course, the professional surgeons' ideas are no better than the community's ideas, let's remember that.
