Luker, I don't believe this is a followup to the TPP.

The Harper invite came out Last Thursday Oct.1. .....event is today at 2:30 in Toronto.

The talks for the TPP stalled on Sunday and this landmark agreement was just announced today....

THere is no way last Thursday that Harper would have known this landmark agreement would be signed today with all these countries....

Based on a last Thursday invite...my opinion is this announcement is about something else....I don't know what it is.

All I can say is since Rickford will be on the hot plate this Wed. in an all Candidates debate...in Kenora...it would be nice for Harper to throw him a bone.
