They are with the announcment yesterday of the trans Pacific agreement. Today it is fore front in the news and Harper says it means jobs. Like NAFTA meant jobs and is presently helping our economy. (I was laid off twice in part due to NAFTA.)
And where is the Ring? No where and possibly forgotten. With the TPP we may lose some authority in keeping our chromite processing within our borders.

My hope is that we will get a minority government where ruling party has to pay attention to the opposition.
