Sure does make every one else look a little silly. I mean the Feds, the Prov, the chiefs, and any person who could of solved this problem with just a little training. I am also aware that not every situation can be solved that easy and it is sometimes a jurisdiction problem. It will be those youth who want to make a change that can, if they are allowed. Get outa the way, beurocrates.
