For KWG, of course since their main interest is chromite. Part of the reason why we do not have a road to date.

HOWEVER, there are others to whom rail is essential but it is needed after a road. And I do not only mean Noront.
As I've said before, try to sell only a railway to the Ring to the native communities, AND Good Luck to you.
