Chinese have already stated that next to the RR a road will be included, however I have positively understood it is a road for both FN and building the RR rather than enabling trucks driving out the chromite. That is no point, as the Nickel and PGMs can take the rail as well. FN needs to agree to a very basic road from North to South and Trudeau needs to pay for connecting the road to the communities. FN will have both transportation means. One, Coutts is playing hide and seek these days, Two, Smeenk is getting it done, Three, limited costs for government, Four, FN are included, Five, it is the only positive and viable concept at this stage. We will never hear from Gravelle, it is useless to build a E-W road if this is on, far too costly to have both directions at once. There is no alternative. We need Coutts to buy or support KWG in this entire operation. RCF needs to go along if they want to make a sustainable progress without waiting for more years.
