SM, how do you come to that conclusion?
Northern Ontario has a small population base and with that comes a small voter base. In the end it is votes that are in the minds of politicians who pull the strings.
My agrument with respect to environmentalists is same. With a small population base environmentalists would overwhelm all opposition by media power.
You can be a master of your house but you also must have the ability to manage it. If you are short of people and cash then you are master of little. Just look at the native communities who have to resort to threats and scare mongering to be heard, let alone have anything done.
