B - With your past info a couple of years ago, X2 must be waiting at the side lines for Noront, KWG and who else until the day that sufficient infrastructures are present for the Ring to make an investment practical.

They have cash ready, so why did they not spend it already, unless they are waiting for us.
Sault as initial investment may be synergy.
