My memory tells me that the original time line was 6 months and the result as to be stated by early autumn of 2015. They seem to have gotten a 6 mo. extension, then a 3 month and now they are half through of another 3 monts Non-extension.

This is moving like a fly in molases, if moving at all. Imho, that money was plainly wasted.

(Perhaps it was a political payment to subdue constant complaints. Noront's feasibility study had done all that was needed and just needs agreements from all parties who feel they need to state their input.)
