I have been informed that Richard Nemis will be attending the 8th ROF Golf Classic Dinner at Caledon Golf Club on Saturday, Sept. 24th.

Also confirmed are Frank Smeenk, Bruce Hodgman and Theresa Longo from KWG Resources.

And Noront will also be represented. To date, I have heard that Greg Rieveley and Mark Baker are coming but I will confirm all that and more soon.

The 8th Ring Of Fire Golf Classic

and Dinner & Entertainment SHOWCASE

Saturday, September 24th, 2016.

We invite you to join investors, mining executives and dignitaries from the Ring of Fire mining region and other popular mining regions of Canada in a very scenic golf and country club setting.

You may enter for golf & dinner & live entertainment plus reception with hors d’oeuvres or you are most welcome to attend for just dinner, entertainment & reception. In either case, you will be thoroughly pleased with the quality of this annual event.

The golf tournament will be a scramble format or as most refer to, a best ball, with four members on each team. Tee off will be around noon time.

Teams will be arranged by the tournament committee according to playing abilities to level the field so that all teams are competitive, so we’ll need to know how well or not so well you play, with hcp. if possible. But we won’t break up any couples. All golfers will receive a welcome gift from Caledon and there will be prizes awarded for the winning teams and closest to the pin and longest drive for both men & ladies.

We have arranged another spectacular buffet dinner – starting with caesars salad, mix greens salad, seven grains salad, bread & rolls, penne & tomato sauce and then followed by a hip of prime roast beef with chef’s carving station, roasted chicken breasts, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, desserts and wine on every table.

And we have also recently added Greek salad, Cajun sweet potato salad and an antipasto vegetable platter, to tempt your tastebuds even further.

And in addition, a reception will be held before dinner around 5 PM featuring hot & cold hors d’oeuvres.

Dinner will be served at approx. 6:30 PM.

There will be live entertainment once again this year, with a set of very danceable music for the guests after dinner to shake off some of that fabulous food. And we anticipate some guest speakers throughout the evening’s festivities.

We are also working on a raffle draw for higher end prizes which everyone may participate in., to benefit a charitable cause.

And we are in the process of arranging discounted accommodations in north Brampton, 15-20 minutes away.

To enter for the Golf Tournament, the Reception, Dinner, Entertainment & Prizes, the price is only $160.00 per person., down by a whopping $30.00 from last year.

Should you wish to just attend the fabulous reception & dinner and enjoy an evening of fun & entertainment, the price of the ticket is just $80.00 per person., which is down $10.00 from last year.
