CS, thanks for the feedback. Yes, agreed. Hence why I categorized PM and ignore as re-instatements, within the bigger group of upgrades.

PM was shut down due to a severe spam attack out of Asia (we believe North Korea) that did not directly impact PM but required PM to be shut down as part of a bigger lockdown. Can't provide any further details - but given the fact the issue is resolved with the upgrade, the smart thing to do was keep it off until the upgrade. I hated having the PM system down as much as anybody.
