Is it just me, or does Coutts seem more exuberant then normal in this picture.  Out of all the Matawa First Nations Webequie has always been the one that has shown the most support for our project.  But the light in Coutts' eyes here, his open smile, and his posture exudes a certain quality about it that gives me the feeling that our tireless efforts and patience are finally paying off.  My gut tells me 2017 will be the year we get our answers, but it won't be until 2018 that the shovels hit the ground.
