I'm more of the mindset Palmer from Probe seems to have and just wait on The ROF till Gov't and FN issues are dealt with. Noront hs more than enough to warrent several mines and I don't understand what value has been brought to the company between 120 million shares and 320 million. Cliffs property was aside from shares issued as that was a seperate cash deal.
