Three days ago Trump signed the bill for S 442 which involves Nasa and companies like Boeing and SpaceX (elon musk)

two days ago there was this announcement:

The spending is starting to get announced.

Look at Boeing as an example. When you are a supplier to the gov't you are given certain rules to follow. The sourcing of materials is one. Check out this document that Boeing has given to it's suppliers..

Throughout the whole document you'll see must be manufactured in usa or canada....

go on page 3 and look under (3)

“For high carbon ferrochrome (HCF), manufactured in the United States regardless of source of the chrome ore”

Yep,,regardless of the source of chrome (because of the lack of a big chromite mine in North America)...but the ROF will change that
