It's hard to say: RCF selling at 0.16$ sounds like a bad thing. An investor buying this sounds like a good thing. Noront's debt sounds like the same thing... We don't know.

On the other hand, when I looked at the chart, I had a feeling in my stomach. Butterflies?

The chart in the link below, as of today, says it's a game changer. Look quickly before it's updated: this is a 3-year chart with weekly candles. Except the last one, because today is only Monday... and the volume bar that stands out so much against the other weekly volume bars, is only Monday!
