This is a very honest and interesting report but leaves only frustration.

The road will earliest (if first nations approve!!!) be built in 2022 - first mine will be built in 2027 the earliest (according to Coutts) and requires billions of CA-$ investments.

This is an absolute disaster from an investor's point of view, with every roadmap being pushed back by 3-5 years.

Without even thinking about financing these projects, this means dilution, dilution, dilution - no income no revenues etc.

Truly bleak prospects - especially now that the stock seemed to have started to move off the lows.
