Is aggresive push through current highs accompanied with

higher volume to indicate some entity or person stepping up to

the plate or arbitrage players expecting someone to do so and

are loading up hoping for a good payday.

So far the offer by Wyloo to take over Noront has at best put

some kind of floor under NOT's share price,at least short term.
