On CEO.ca 'GoMGXGo' posted (I've editorialized) that since BHP had the right (for 5 business days) to match any wyloo offer, it would makes that any offer/counter offer between BHP and Wyloo be facilitated by the NOT BOD so that their wouldn't be a public bid - match - rebid scenario - match -rebid - match etc. Instead, who ever was willing to put the best final offer on the table would be recommended by the BOD. Then game over unless a third party shows up.

Something to ponder as we wait for the next move.
